Vacancy: Accommodation Manager

Duties:

* Oversee the day-to-day management of our serviced accommodation portfolio across all locations

* Supervise and support the Deputy Accommodation Manager, Housekeeping Coordinator, and operational staff

* Ensure all properties are maintained to a high standard, including coordinating maintenance, inspections, and compliance activities

* Manage booking systems, guest communication processes, and ensure prompt responses to enquiries, complaints, and operational issues

* Implement quality-assurance procedures including property checks, inventory control, and presentation standards

* Coordinate housekeeping schedules, turnaround times, and staff rotas to ensure operational efficiency

* Oversee health and safety compliance, fire-safety procedures, risk assessments, and record-keeping across all serviced units

* Monitor budgets, operational costs, occupancy levels, and revenue performance

* Develop and implement operational improvements, policies, and procedures that support business growth

* Provide training, supervision, and performance oversight for property-related staff and contractors

* Ensure that all guest services meet the company's standards for professionalism, I reliability, and customer satisfaction

 

Guaranteed Salary: £38,500 per annum based on a 37.5-hour working week

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required:

*Minimum Of 3 years' experience in property, hospitality, or serviced accommodation management

* Proven ability to manage multi-site operations, supervise staff, and coordinate daily property activities

* Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills

* Experience using property management systems, booking platforms, and operational workflow tools

* Understanding of health and safety legislation, fire-safety requirements, and accommodation compliance standards

* Ability to manage budgets, performance targets, and operational reporting

 

Minimum academic qualifications:

*GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths

*A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Property Management is desirable but not essential

* Training in health and safety, first aid, or property compliance is advantageous
